How do I book some light up letters?

To make a booking online 24/7, follow the steps below:

  1. Select the letter sizing required under “Products”
  2. Use the “Check Availability” button to confirm your characters are available on the day of your event
  3. “Add to cart” if you plan on hiring multiple items or
  4. “Book now” if you’re only planning on hiring one character (note minimum order fees apply)
  5. Go to your “Cart” and complete the booking page to confirm your total
  6. If you’re happy with the final total, finalise your booking using the “Book this Event” button
  7. Sign the Hire Agreement digitally and complete payment online
  8. You’ll receive automatic email confirmations at every stage

To make a booking via email, just send us an email using the Contact Us page with the following information:

  1. Full name
  2. Address of event
  3. Size & characters required
  4. Dates and times required
  5. Contact mobile number
  6. Confirm access type
  7. Confirm delivery and collection times are flexible
